THE THERAPEUTICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF POLLEN
The main characteristics of pollen are related to the wealth of nourishing elements (amino-acids, vitamins, enzymes, etc.)
Due to the complexity of its component elements, pollen has been used as “medicine” or “stimulus of growth” for a long time.
Pollen:
- Increases immunity – due to its content of carotenoids
- Increases the level of alpha and beta-globulins in the blood serum , it helps the functions of the liver and immunity system;
- Decreases the level of cholesterol – due to the content of phytosterols;
- Protects the body against the negative effects of chemotherapy- by protecting the liver, regenerating cells and detoxifying the liver;
- Adjusts the body weight – the weight is adjusted through several mechanisms;
- Facilitates the functioning of brain – pollen is the best food for brain;
- Stimulates the production of organic substances – stimulates anabolism;
- Stimulus – it helps the nervous system, muscles, contains a lot of “vital force”;
- Strengthens the capillary vessels – see the production of collagen and elastin, it has antihaemorrhage characteristics
- Strengthens the heart – pollen feeds the heart directly and indirectly (with the help of liver); it is a source of bioenergy
- Strengthens the immunity system – almost all structures related to the immunity system need many different proteins which are found in pollen;
- Tonic – pollen increases the appetite, the digestive function, the blood circulation, the heart working and that of the nervous system, the sexual capacities.
- Pollen improves all the cerebral functions: due to the presence of an incredibly high quantity of different nourishing elements found into the pollen; these substances feed all the neuronal cells; it improves the production of haemoglobin and red cells; it contains all the necessary substances for the cellular regeneration, including those necessary for the blood cells; it also contains iron which is very important for the synthesis of haemoglobin;
- It improves the functioning of the large intestine because it feeds the intestinal flora;
- It improves nutrition and the functions of all muscles;
- It improves the functions of the prostate: pollen is the sexual vegetal cell, it is antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, it is diuretic;
- It improves the functions of the stomach; it feeds the cells in the mucous membrane of the stomach which produce gastric juice;
- It feeds the muscles of the stomach helping to mix food with the gastric juice and to move the food bowl towards the duodenum and the small intestine; it improves blood circulation by decreasing the fat in the blood, thus increasing the fluidity of blood;
- It increases the power of the cardiac muscles which will pump in more blood with less effort, but also due to the increase of the arterial resilience;
- It improves nutrition due to its composition;
- It improves eyesight directly by feeding the ocular cells;
- It improves the intestinal flora;
- It improves the functions of the liver;
- It improves the sexual capacity (especially with men); pollen is the male vegetal sexual cell; it improves the structure of the skin: due to its high content of vitamins, the collagen and elastin in the skin are proteins;
- Pollen contains all the amino-acids necessary to produce these proteins.
