THE INDICATIONS OF HONEY

Honey, this precious concentrate of sunshine, is the ideal food in all situations when it is necessary to give our body a high energetic contribution without tiring the digestive apparatus, upon which it has a beneficial tonic and stimulating influence at the same time which facilitates the assimilation of some food.

Besides, it is hygienic food. It has been proved, by contaminating honey with embryos of the most dangerous diseases, that these are destroyed in a very short period of time due to the important bactericidal characteristics of honey. But the most important qualities are granted by the wonderful biological mosaic of the trace elements whose action takes place in different segments of the body to such an extent that they make it not only precious natural food, but also a real medicine which is more and more frequently used therapeutically.
